Our QC Philosophy
We believe that safety is the foundation of love. Our quality control philosophy is centered on the principle of “Prevention First.” We don’t just find mistakes; we design our processes to prevent them.
Our commitment to quality extends from the selection of raw materials to the final shipment. For us, quality is not a static goal but a continuous journey of improvement.
Our 4-Stage QC Process
1. IQC — Incoming Quality Control
Before any production begins, we meticulously inspect all raw materials. Every batch is verified against strict material safety data sheets (MSDS) and supplier certificates. Only the purest, non-toxic materials enter our production line.
2. IPQC — In-Process Quality Control
During manufacturing, our inspectors conduct regular audits. Every two hours, samples are pulled for visual inspection, weight checks, and functional testing to catch deviations immediately.
3. FQC — Final Quality Control
Once production is complete, our team performs comprehensive checks on finished items for clarity, strength, and perfect assembly. Only products passing 100% of FQC criteria move forward.
4. OQC — Outgoing Quality Control
Random sampling based on AQL standards verifies final packaging, labeling, and quantity. Every shipment is accurately documented and perfectly packed.
