Frequently Asked Questions
The questions brand owners ask us most often before placing a first order. If yours is not here, our guides below go considerably deeper.
What baby products do you manufacture?
Baby bottles in PP, PPSU, silicone and glass; nipples and pacifiers in silicone and latex; breast pumps, sippy and training cups, and feeding accessories such as brushes, drying racks and milk pitchers. Both catalogue products and fully custom developments are available.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It varies by product, material and whether tooling is new, because MOQ is driven by mould cavity count, production run economics and material procurement. Our MOQ guide explains exactly how the numbers are set.
Can you produce under our own brand and packaging?
Yes. We support private label, OEM and ODM, including custom colours, logos and decoration by pad printing, heat transfer and in-mould labelling. See our OEM/ODM services and the decoration options guide.
Which material should we choose for our market?
It depends on the product’s use profile: PPSU where daily sterilising and infant safety dominate, glass for a premium sterilising range, Tritan where clarity and colour variety sell, PP for entry price points, and silicone for teats. Our materials guide compares them side by side.
What certifications do your products hold?
Our facility is SGS verified, with certifications including FDA, CE, ISO 9001, EN 14350, CPC and CPSIA. Which ones apply to your order depends on the product and destination market — see our compliance guide.
Can we order samples before committing to bulk production?
Yes, and we recommend it. Sampling is a defined stage rather than a favour, covering pre-production samples, revision cycles and formal approval before the bulk run starts. Our sampling guide explains how it works.
How long does production take?
Lead time is a queue of decisions rather than a single number: tooling, sampling rounds, material procurement, the production slot and freight. Tooling and approvals usually dominate on a new project. Our lead time guide explains how to plan backwards from a launch date.
How is quality controlled across an order?
Inspection runs across six stages rather than at a single final gate, with six full-time QC inspectors and batch traceability from finished carton back to material batch. See our quality control page and the QC process guide.
